Big Sean Talks Sophomore Effort, G.O.O.D. Music Compilation & More [Video]

Shortly after rocking the stage in Seattle, I got the chance to chop it up with Big Sean briefly about a range of topics. My favorite track from him is “Whatever You Want” and I got the opportunity to ask him about the record and how he felt about it leaking as well as the possibly of doing a finished version. He revealed that he has a special song on his sophomore effort for his mom. He is tight lipped about his upcoming tape, Finally Famous Over Everything, but opens up a little more about the G.O.O.D. Music compilation. The last two topics we covered were Ludacris dissing him and what he plans to do differently on his sophomore album. DJ Kitsune’s “Take Care” Album Snippet Mix [Video]

Last week I got a short hand notice that Universal Music Germany wanted me to go through the new Drake album “Take Care” and do a little 10 minute snippet mixtape that they were gonna do some visuals to. Well, here’s the outcome of it and while I must say the new Drake album is even slower and more r&b than the last one, it’s still dope and shows an even more personal, more intimate side of the artist we all love and appreciate. “Take Care” is in stores everywhere. Go out there and support one of the biggest and realest new artists we have. – DJ Kitsune

Here’s a look at how he has turned his past life—and his new—into humor and great, honest music. Previously: Danny Brown – Die Like A Rockstar (Nick Catchdubs Remix) [Audio x Download]
