Balcony, the newest Video Demonstration from The Black Opera, is a behind the scenes glimpse into TBO Headquarters as they prepare for a Live Demonstration.
In the world of opera, a libretto is the blueprint, a written text that anchors the performance. In the same vein, The Black Opera's upcoming album Libretto: Of King Legend will prove to anchor the sound and message of The Black Opera. Libretto: of King Legend is a detailed tale, told from the perspectives of both the incredible King and his loyal statesmen.
Libretto is the third and final installment of the three part introduction: THE BLACK OP: ERA I. Libretto creates a musical umbrella which encompasses the [r]evolutionary theme of their first installment Overture and the charismatic spirit of their second installment EnterMission., all while delving into the mind, heart and bloodline of The Black Opera.
Whether the low-end or the lyrics draw you in, The Black Opera is ready to introduce its newest installment: Libretto: Of King Legend. Available 10/30/12.

ASAP Rocky Talks Drake, Growth, Rakim, Cam’ron, Dipset [Video]
Exclusive in-depth interview with ASAP Rocky. Part 1 starts with Rocky talking to Nick Huff Barili about the growth from his first mixtape LiveLoveA$AP to his upcoming album LongLiveASAP (which we are told got pushed back again). Asap Rocky addresses fans and blogs that have an issue with him collaborating with main stream rappers on his new song Fuckin Problem Feat. Drake, Kendrick Lamar & 2 Chainz. As the interview continues Rocky clarifies that both his Mother and Father named him after Rakim and that he grew up with both parents and both played a big role in his development. Asap spit a verse from his favorite Rakim track: Know the Ledge. Asked if we can expect a track with Rakim on the new album he says that collaborating with him, Kanye, Drake, Kendrick, SchoolBoy Q, etc is what is expect from him and he doesn't want to do anything that is expected on his first album. Part 1 of the interview ends with Rocky talking about directing, producing, why he hasn't collaborated with Cam'Ron yet and Dipset's influence on his music (but not as much on his fashion).
