B.o.B. Speaks On Label No Genre, Upcoming Album & More [Video]

It doesn’t take much to see why B.o.B. has been such a massive success. At such a relatively young age, he’s found the difficult niche of puling off pop records and crafting trap anthems without sacrificing any of his legitimacy. The same guy who crafted “Magic!” with Rivers Cuomo, “Airplanes” with Hailey Williams, and “Nothin On You” with Bruno Mars can just as easily set off clubs with “We Still In This B***h” and “Headband.” During the first ever NJIT Fest in Newark this past week, I got the chance to sit down with B.o.B. to talk about just how his sound has influenced people in his Label No Genre imprint as well as people on the outside of it. He also talked a little bit about what the difference is in leading a label after being under the likes of T.I. and Jim Jonsin, and he even dropped a couple of tidbits on what to expect on his upcoming album and when it will be dropping.
