Both artists released critically acclaimed projects this summer, with Anti-Lilly’s “Memoirs & The 90’s” and Awon & Phoniks “Return to the Golden Era” dropping on July 23rd and July 30th, respectively. These two like-minded artists linked up after a Respect Mag article talked about young up-and-coming artists that were keeping the 90s sound alive. “Respiration” is the first single off an upcoming untitled EP between Anti-Lilly & Phoniks, to be released in the first quarter of 2014. The single features the vocal talents of Detroit emcee and vocalist Scolla, who along with Anti-Lilly is a member of the RLES Society.
