Today, PG County’s native son, Substantial, officially released his third full-length album “Home Is Where The Art Is“. The Mello Music Group LP is a focused and lean effort, executive produced (as well as mixed & arranged) by rising star Oddisee with additional music by M-Phazes and Eric Lau among others. The underground veteran serves up the refined rap of a grown man still hungry enough to deliver ferocious bars.

Atop an evangelical loop and dusty drums Substantial details his journey and the obstacles conquered along the way.
